FlexMaster AI is a third-party productivity tool designed to assist delivery drivers in monitoring block availability. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon.com, Inc. or Amazon Flex.

3. No Affiliation with Amazon

FlexMaster AI is an independent third-party service. We are not associated with Amazon, Amazon Flex, or any Amazon subsidiary. Any reference to "Amazon Flex" is for descriptive purposes only under nominative fair use.

4. User Responsibility & Risk Acknowledgment

🚨 CRITICAL WARNING:

Use of automation tools may violate Amazon Flex's Terms of Service. By using FlexMaster AI, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • •Your Amazon Flex account may be deactivated
  • •You may lose access to the Amazon Flex platform permanently
  • •You assume ALL risk of account suspension or termination
  • •We provide NO guarantee your account will remain active
  • •You are solely responsible for compliance with Amazon Flex TOS

5. No Guarantees

FlexMaster AI does NOT guarantee:

  • •Block acceptance or availability
  • •Increased earnings
  • •Account safety or longevity
  • •Uninterrupted service availability
  • •Protection from Amazon's detection systems

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • •Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • •Share your account credentials with others
  • •Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
  • •Misrepresent affiliation with Amazon or FlexMaster AI
  • •Abuse, spam, or overload our infrastructure
  • •Violate any applicable laws or regulations

All content, features, and functionality of FlexMaster AI are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected. All sales are final. No refunds except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • •We are NOT liable for lost earnings or missed blocks
  • •We are NOT liable for service interruptions
  • •Maximum liability: amount paid in past 12 months

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
